I absolutely love this sofa. It’s extremely comfortable and big enough for the family to enjoy movie night. I’ve had guests sleep on the sofa and they couldn’t stop mentioning for comfortable it was and how expensive it looked and felt. It’s extremely easy to clean. I have a kitten and a puppy who scratch and run all over the sofa, and you wouldn’t be able to tell. Shipping was fast and delivery was top notch.
It's a large sofa that I put in my tiny cabin - I probably could have chosen a smaller sofa but it's cozy and comfortable.
Absolutely love this couch! It is comfortable, stylish, and even better than I expected. The cushions are supportive yet cozy, the fabric feels buttery soft, and the quality is excellent. This couch is HEAVY but would still recommend it to anyone. It was easy to assemble and looks beautiful in my living room. I would definitely recommend it!
We absolutely love this sofa. It is in our basement and that’s where our senior dog always wants to go during thunderstorms and fireworks. Prior to the sofa bed, I would try to sleep in an uncomfortable recliner or on the floor next to Ethel. The sofa bed has been a game changer. The quality is outstanding and it is extremely comfortable. We are now buying another Zormoo sofa bed for our upstairs computer room.
Beautiful sofa. The power recline and pull-out sleeper function flawlessly with the remote — smooth, quiet motors and no fumbling with manual levers. It’s also surprisingly sturdy and well-cushioned for everyday lounging, with just the right amount of give. The waterproof fabric has already saved me from a couple of spills, and it still looks brand new. For an oversized loveseat, it doesn’t feel bulky — the tailored French-style lines actually make my room look more put together. Highly recommend for anyone tight on space who still wants full recline/sleeper functionality without sacrificing style or durability. Five stars, no hesitation.
Das Sofa hält genau was es verspricht. Ich liebe es und die Lieferung war superschnell und es hat alles rundum gepasst
This couch looks sleek and cozy and fits perfectly in our space! The chase lounges slide out effortlessly and the motor is quiet. We can’t wait for movie nights on this couch!
Absolutely love this couch. It completely transformed my living room and made the space feel much more high end. The chenille fabric is soft, the seats are deep and comfortable, and it has the perfect balance of firmness and support. Assembly was straightforward, and everything arrived in great condition. The light khaki color is beautiful and works well with neutral décor. I’ve already received several compliments, and it’s become my favorite place to relax as it’s very functional for a small space. The quality and overall look exceeded my expectations.
The couch is nothing short of perfect! The quality of the fabric is soft and comfortable. The couch moves with ease and setting it up was very easy.
Best sofa I’ve ever bought. Absolutely perfect. Easy setup. Fabric is great. Foam density as well is great. Very happy with it.
That is a nice and comfy sofa bed and make my living room so elegant.
This sofa is SO comfy. Fast shipping and easy white glove delivery. The dark khaki was a little darker than expected so make sure you look at actual product photos if you’re unsure. Customer service is fabulous though.
From delivery to now, I am so so proud of my couch! The packaging was done so well. The couch is sturdy and just well built. I love the versatility and the fabric is so soft. Oh, and the ease of putting together is outstanding. When friends and family come over, I start demonstrating. Hehehehe…just so proud and so far, so good!
Extremely Comfy and Love the Sofa. 10/10. Very beautiful soft khaki color Super easy to sleep on as well!
We are pleasantly surprised with this sofa bed. Truly the best purchase we have ever made. We found this company online and were intrigued by the electric feature and decided to just go for it! We live in a condo so we don't have any space for a sectional unless it's super small and then it gets crowded, the electric feature gives us the best of both worlds. It's sleek and we sit and lay in it pretty much every day and it barely looks used. Any other sofa, you would immediately see wear after a few weeks. We ended up getting the light gray, currently in our space it looks more cream, we don't hate it but definitely would have loved to see more of that gray come through. One other thing I would suggest is paying a little tea for the white glove service. We did not and we had to get all the boxes inside and put together ourselves, but it was literally the easiest most convenient thing to put together, it just saves a little time, but if you live in an apartment or condo definitely worth it. I got some pink juice on it once and it came right off the next day with a very damp and soft towel. The sofa is nice and firm but so incredibly soft! We love it so much I can't say enough great things!
This couch was the perfect upgrade my family needed. I am curious to see how well it will handle five kids. The fabric is mildly concerning and the only reason I gave it 4 stars. It pulls off and there have been a few threads already loose. But otherwise that we love the color, size and firmness of this couch!
Love everything about it! All my friends jealous and asking me for the link. Definitely recommend
Wow, what an amazing service and product. Customer service was on top of my issues and did everything to fix the situation. I am very happy with my sofa and my entire family loves it. Both my sister and brother asked for the details so they could also purchase one. The white glove delivery service is so worth the money. The guys they used were amazing. Came in and knew exactly what needed to be done.
Wow, I am so impressed with the service of Zormoo. The white glove service is so worth it. Please make sure you do the add on. Everyone who dee my coach wants it. Both my brother and sister want to get it. My son things they are super comfortable.
This couch is absolutely amazing and I love this thing a lot. Ive never seen anything like this before and soon as I seen it online I purchased it. I measured my space and made sure I had everything perfectly lined up for when it arrived. It came already assembled all I had to fo was plug into powered and add the arms. I've posted this on social media and had people asking me where I got it from and everything. This couch is 10 out 5
I absolutely Love my couch. I was a little scared to order sight unseen. Returns for an item that large could only be a pain. No need to fret because this couch isn't going anywhere. It's so comfortable and so soft. It's a great size for my space and sits beautifully in its color. No regrets and I'm a very happy girl.
The couch itself exceeded my expectation. It is perfect for my space and constructed really well. I gave my experience 4 stars because of the delivery timeline. It took a long time to receive my sofa. They delivery it without the arms, I had to wait another two weeks before the arms were delivered.
A very beautiful sofa.
Store owner replied: Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re so happy you love your new sofa. It looks beautiful in your home! Thank you for choosing ZORMOO Furniture—we hope you enjoy it for many years, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
Absolutely love this sofa! The color is even more beautiful in person—a rich olive green that adds warmth and character without overwhelming the space. It's incredibly comfortable, with deep seats that are perfect for lounging, reading, or movie nights. The fabric feels soft yet durable, and the overall construction feels solid and well-made. I was a little nervous ordering online, but the quality exceeded my expectations. The design is modern and stylish while still feeling cozy and inviting. Highly recommend!
Love it! Super comfortable and it looks so more expensive than it is!!
This couch is very comfortable, it's a little firm but that's what works best for us. When it's expanded it is very comfortable and there's enough room for my legs to be fully extended when seated in an upright position. And the color is just fantastic for our space!
I just love the quality the size and it fit into my space perfectly and overall its a beautiful sofa love love love
This couch is possibly one of the best purchase I've ever made. It's so comfortable, big, and beautiful. I'm 6'3" 275 pounds and I've never been on a couch big enough for me to fully lay on with tons of room to spare. If you're even slightly thinking about getting one of these, do it.
Looks great. I have a full provision set with the sofa. The floating tv stand and the matching table and everything looks amazing.
These loveseats are so comfortable and stylish! If you pay for white glove, please download setup instructions and get AAA remote batteries before the delivery. But otherwise smooth delivery and setup! We are so pleased with the comfort and quality!
We were looking for just the right piece for the TV room in our small apartment and this sofa is perfect. A couch when you want it, a lounger during movie nights—- and it looks nice too in a soft chenille. It came right on time, and two nice guys brought it in and set it up. I couldn’t be more pleased!
It’s a beautiful piece, a little smaller than I expected from the pictures but actually it’s a good thing because I was worried about it being oversized. perfect 😍
Fabric is soft and pretty color. Love the sliding ottomans. Will need some time to soften the seating. Looks gorgeous in my space.
Great couch very comfortable and super slick! Only worry is losing stuff in the back and forth. Already lost remote once. I wish the manual button was easier to find.
We had a lot of doubt before ordering the sofa from Zormoo mainly because we did not know about the website and wondered if it is legit. After one month of searching but could not find anything that fits our criterias. We took our chance with Zormoo. We live in a small town house and need something small and could turn into a day bed when needing a nap without going to the bedroom upstair; it is even better that we could do it with a simple press on the button while feeling very sleepy. The seat cushions give a lot of support. The sofa material is velvety and pleasantly smooth. Zormoo was very helpful on the phone guiding us to set up the account and answering our questions. We got the sofa earlier than expected and the delivery was very smooth. Trying to upload the video but wasn't successful! We are really happy with the purchase and highly recommend it.
Really enjoy the sofa bed, especially that I can control exactly how far I want to extend it for each of the sections. It is quite firm and the fabric feels amazing. For the most part I was able to put it together myself although I couldn't align it quite right until I got someone stronger to help. The only piece I don't love is that the arms seem to come off quite easily so I've just had to adjust how I move the sofa.
It’s a gorgeous sofa bed. Modern. Soft to touch. Velvet-like appearance; color looks slightly different in different angles and lighting in a good way . Spacious. Motor is pretty quiet when opening and closing; my only concern would be the longevity of the motor. But otherwise it’s a solid piece.
Fits perfect..love the modern and elegance of it
Came packaged nice and tidy, with all the corners properly protected so nothing turned up damaged.
Couch looks amazing and we really enjoy it a lot. The motors work great and the ability to extend the seats out or just as advertised. We like the light color gray and it's easy to clean. Only taking up one star because the couch is firmer than anticipated. New pillows are a must. 😀
